Now when this priest brought a single sacrifice for sin, to the extent of the time, to be seated at the right-hand of God, the one remaining until the very adversary placed a footstool for his feet, now, one offering perfected to the extent of the time the one sanctified.*
God did not desire a sacrifice nor an offering, but he desired a body prepared.* Therefore Jesus "brought a single sacrifice" that his body, his flesh, given on behalf of the world, a body prepared, a body without sin, as a sacrifice for sin for all time, a spotless Lamb of God. To be perfected means to complete, finish; (pass.) to reach a goal, be fulfilled, completed, made perfect. To be sanctified means to separate, consecrate; cleanse, purify, sanctify; regard, or reverence as holy. It is amazing truth, we are perfected, holy, consecrated, sanctified by the blood of Jesus. We are perfected in our Spirit, having great testimony that we belong to Him, we are partakers of God's divine nature and if we believed this truth, that we are sanctified by the blood of Jesus, then we would be holy as He is holy. We would know our true identity in Christ and live accordingly. It is the truth, that in Christ you are perfected, holy, consecrated, by the blood of Jesus Christ, this is why he died, so believe the rruth
